SG(C)10 series grade C insulated unsealed coil dry type transformer,which is wxploited firstly by our company,a new kind transformer with the advantages of low loss,high efficiency,safey and environmental protection according to the demand of power marker,the and regular over-load of transformer, it combined the techniques of mora in Germay and Dupont in American SG(C)10 filled the blank of national dry type transformer marker.
The transformer has following characterisitc:
1.Grade C insulation(higher than grade H),has good heat emission,big overload capacity,which can work without wind machine for long time under 130% overload, and be full load with out compulsive wind cool without capacity descending(descendance)under IP54 conditior
2.Prefect safe and resistrance to fire operating can be combusing for long period under 800 ℃ and without smoke.
3.Strong resistance to thermal shock,(can be full load immediately at-50℃
4.Complete waterproof and airproof
5.No partial discharge
6.Good hydrphobility and good resistance to alkaline cauterization and fundal influence.
7.Environmental protection :low noise,no deleterious gas,easy to decomposition,it applies to high fireproofing,load fluct incommodious,dirty and moist environment such as power plant field,subway,metallurgy,hospital,high-rise building,shopping center,crowded resident zone,and the special environment such as petro-land chemical insustry,nuclear power station,unclear submarine.

Iron core
|
The iron core is accumylated installed by importe excellent cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetizing with five stepper,the accumulated installation is 45℃,and complete oblique frame,it can effectively reduce the haysteresis caused by barmonic,non-laoded current,and noise.
The iron core is tightened by the binding screw,and the upper and lower clamp is connected with pedestall by draw board,the winding,core and clamp is fixed by stretch gasket and the buffer framework can reduce winding’s virbration and the nois.

HV LV Winding
|

The HV,LV winding adopt Grade Cgass winding based on the technique of Mora in Germany Dupont in American and immersedc international advanced Grade C dipping lacquer without impregnant by VPI vacuum pressure equipment with many baking and solidigy by high temperature,ig has strong resistance to short circuit and over load,adopted the imported copper foil,the big capacity low voltage coil has no ampere-turn unbalance and axial winding helical angle and gets small axial pressure under short circuit,Mean while for its thin insulation and multilayer circular coil and improves the product’s of it has prefect resistance to humidity and impulse and has no crack,no partial discharge,and easy to decomposition.

Overheating protect:
|
|
The SG(C)10 series transformer of 315Kva and upwards all equipped with a set of temperature display protection device avoid the coil overheated.The device adopted the inductive temmperature component burying in the low voltage winding as signal source of the digital display.when the temperature has been changed in the low voltage winding.the inductive temperature will display a new temperature value.and effects the control and alarm function according the value t protect the transformer.

Shell
|
We provide SG(C)10 transformer shell of protection grade of IP20 and IP23.
The protect grade IP20 of the case shell that means:no allow the solid with diameter up to 12mm,is prohibited to enter the pedestal and top board is made of mesh board to give cooled air’s vertilation.
The meaning of protection grade IP23 of the case shell is not only as same as IP20,but it also can prevent the water from entering in the angle of 60.

Each transformer is tested strictly according to the national standard before leaving the factory,the main leaving test items includes:
1.Winding’sresistance test
2.Collate the relationship of voltage ratio and voltage vector
3.Short circuit impedance(main tapping connection)and load loss test
4.No-load loss and non-loaded current test
5. Insulated resistance test
6.Exterior voltage withstand test
7.Inducting voltage withstand test
8.Partial discharge test
9.Noise test

Grade Cinsulation
|
|
Dry-type transformer’s insulation level are:B,F,H,C etc.The heat-resistance temperature are:130℃,155℃,180℃,220℃,Adopted the new technique and material, the insulated heat-resistance grade of the product reaches to grade C,and the insulated heat-resistance of its key part exceed grade C.When using,its temperature is higher 40℃ than the grade H transformer in order provide the user spacious overloade.
