Shenyang Tiantong Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in transformer, electric heater, and high/low voltage switch board. It is located in the south of Shenyang Hunhe market, 8km off the downtown, 3km off Taoxian International Airport, with Shenda Expressway in the west and Shendan Expressway in the east. The company has space area of 16,840sq.m, land area of 100mu (1mu=6667.7sq.m), fixed capital of RMB 60 million, over a hundred equipments, 360 employees, 20% technicians and administrators. It is of powerful technical strength, advanced processing and inspection equipments. So far, the company has passed over 20 years and come to a leading manufacturer in national power industry. Especially in the new century, it has made great progress. The gross production value was up to RMB 30,60 million in 2001, RMB 40 million in 2002, RMB 58 million in 2003, RMB 68 million in 2004 and RMB 85 million in 2005. Till 2005, it has possessed 110KV transformer technology and three half-automatic radiator lines, which was almost leading in industry.

The company has made a long-term cooperation with Shenyang Research Institute of Transformer and Northeastern University to deal with transformer technology and development.
It mainly manufactures 10KV/35KV/63KV/110KV low-consumption power transformer, rectifier transformer, electric furnace transformer, mining heat furnace and cubic-type substation, as well as world class fireproof, energy-saving WaVeCaSt epoxy casting dry-type transformer together with GE (Shanghai). It is recommended by the State Economic and Trade Commission, and the S9 lineup is appraised by the ministry.

The airproof oil-filled transformer completely accords with national standard, and is advanced among counterparts. It adopts the expanding radiator fueling structure, and substitutes the oil tank and ordinary radiator. The device is of unique structure, advanced technology, little volume & weight, non-leakage, maintenance-free, and the loading consumption of +5%. When used, it does not result in expanding oil, keeps transformer away from the air to avoid moisture or oxidation. The transformer does not need to replace regularly and becomes available much longer. Our radiator is manufactured in compliance with JB/T5347-1999 of Plate Radiator for Transformer and QB/STD、J02、01-1997 of Flexible Plate Radiator. Among the rich varieties, the flexible plate radiator is the world patented, and essential of S9/S10 lineup.
The hot-dip radiator, custom-made for coastal areas, leads the national industry and enjoys great reputation home and abroad. It is made by imported materials by the use of patented technique, and features little weight, high efficiency, oil saving, non oil leakage, high strength, and good surface adhesion. The product is sold to over 70 factories in 20 provinces, such as Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd., Changzhou Dongzhi Transformer Co., Ltd., Hefei ABB Transformer Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ahaifa Transformer Co., Ltd., Nantong Youbang Transformer Co., Ltd., Tianjin Shuntian Power Equipment Co., Ltd., Shandong Power Equipment Factory, Harbin Transformer Factory, Dalian Xinda Transformer Factory, Liaoyang Efacec Co., Ltd., Qingdao Qingbo Transformer Co., Ltd., Changchun Transformer Factory, as well as power departments in Dalian, Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, and Jinzhou, etc. In particular, our radiator assorts with consoles of Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd., Changzhou Dongzhi Transformer Co., Ltd., Jinan Siemens Transformer Co., Ltd.
